November 30th at Golden jubilee, Stealers held their annual Ric Geersen Cup gala day.
With blue skies, a hot day predicted and the diamonds looking a treat, teams from Castle Hill, Concord, Kellyville, Rangers and Macquarie arrived ready for a great day of baseball.
In a tie for second, Castle Hill and Concord were separated by a count back where Concord beat Castle Hill in their pool round game 5-4. Concord was awarded the silver medal and Macquarie who went through undefeated won the gold medal. Congratulations to both teams.
All other players received a participants Ric Geersen ribbon and our Thanks go out to all coaches, players and parents for playing and watching the game in a competitive and friendly spirit.
